• Turbine and engine services

  Our services include: minor and major on-site maintenance for industrial gas turbines and steam turbines, shaft and carcass repairs, boring bar, lathe and portable balancing machine maintenance level 2 on site and level 4 in GE approved workshop for turbines aeroderivadas major maintenance in generation engines greater than 5 mwh

• Generator Services

  Our services include: minor and major maintenance, rewind, rework, residual life study and certifications for insurance companies.

  We work in all types of electric generators:

  • Vertical hydroelectric turbines.
  • Horizontal gas and steam turbines, turbines
  • Pelton, wind turbines, reciprocating generation engines.
• Services and supply of gearboxes

  We perform specialized predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance services to all gearboxes, with varied experience in the fields of energy, oil & gas and marine.

  We implement vibration measurement, boroscopy and oil analysis.

  In minor and major maintenance we provide visual inspection, measurement of lights and backlash of teeth, contact tests, bearing condition and complete disassembly, situation assessment, repair or assembly of new parts, alignment and commissioning.

  We also conduct root cause studies, if requested.

• Services and supplying auxiliaries and BOP

  Among other services we perform:

  • On-site maintenance and calibration of control valves (pressure regulators, turbine bypass, etc.) and boiler safety valves.
